Design-build fit-out of a licensed child-care facility in an occupied 1960s church.
A design-build tenant improvement for a licensed child-care facility on the lower floor of a 1960s church, delivered while the church and the adjacent child-care operation stayed in use. Work included hazardous-material abatement, new fire separations, a complete new fire alarm system and full interior fit-out. Westland coordinated design, consultants and permitting, and completed the project ahead of schedule with no cost variance.
