A design-build tenant improvement for a tea house at Metropolis at Metrotown, delivered inside an operating shopping centre. Westland took the project through landlord design review, Fraser Health plan approval and the City of Burnaby building permit, and is managing hoarding, delivery windows and noise limits in a public retail environment.
