Core Values

Built on principle.Proven on site.

Six values shape how we plan, build and report for public and private owners. Each one is written into our procedures and checked on every project.

01

Safety First

We protect every worker, building occupant and member of the public on and around our sites.

See it in practice

In practice

What each value means on our projects.

Drawn from our written procedures and applied on every project, public and private.

01

Safety First

We protect every worker, building occupant and member of the public on and around our sites.

  • Site-specific safety and emergency plans in place before mobilization
  • Experience rating of 1.00 with zero lost-time incidents since 2024
02

Transparency

Owners have full visibility of cost, schedule and change at every stage of the project.

  • Monthly cost reporting with forecast cost to complete
  • Owner contingency drawn only with written authorization
03

Risk Mitigation

We identify project risks early and address them before they affect cost or schedule.

  • Existing-condition and site constraint reviews before pricing
  • Long-lead procurement tracked against required-on-site dates
04

Quality

Quality is verified through defined inspections at each stage of construction.

  • Inspection hold points before any work is concealed
  • Deficiencies logged by location and trade, and verified to closure
05

Accountability

A single, dedicated team is responsible for delivery from start to finish.

  • A designated project lead for the full duration of the project
  • Potential changes documented within two business days
06

Closeout & Warranty

We deliver a complete, documented handover and remain responsive throughout the warranty period.

  • Complete turnover packages: as-builts, O&M manuals and warranties
  • Eleven-month warranty review before the first anniversary

Safety program

Safe for crews.
Safe for the public.

Much of our work happens beside people who are not on our crew: students, staff, tenants and the public. Our safety program protects them as carefully as it protects our workers.
