Surrey City Centre Tower

A 67-storey mixed-use tower beside Surrey Central SkyTrain, proposed as the tallest building in British Columbia.

A 67-storey, 679-foot mixed-use tower in Surrey City Centre, designed with Chris Dikeakos Architects. A seven-storey podium of retail and office space, about one block in length, sits below 746 homes, with indoor and outdoor amenity levels on the 8th, 16th and 66th floors. The project passed Surrey's Advisory Design Panel and would become the tallest building in British Columbia, anchoring the high-density hub around Surrey Central Station, Centre Block and Civic Centre.
